Does anyone have a complete list of the early books by the LURS? I know of the following issues 8 - King William Terminis 9 - Northern Line extensions 10 - 1935 Experimental stock 11 - Metropolitan and Underground Rolling Stock for the IOW 12 - Walter Atkinson, builder of the Harrow and Uxbridge Railway 13 - From Quainton to Brill, a history of the Wotton tramway 14 - Standard Stock part 1 15 - Standard Stock part 2
What were there others (1-7) and was there anymore after issue 15?

If you mean UndergrounD magazine, Yours Truly was the Editor of UD issues 5 to 8 at least but missing out one issue as I was away at Uni. Issue 5 was very similar in size to 4, and 1 to 3 I don't think I have ever seen as this was in the pre-Adamite era, i.e. long before me and then before that was the original UndergrounD series that was replaced by Underground News. Issue # 9 ... was that the one on Deep Level Tube Shelters? One issue was run off as a sole-article magazine, and also as a card-cover book by the author who sold it himself. Earlier topics included White City by Brian Hardy, Steam at East Putney in 1962 (BR engineering work with photo of a 700 Class 0-6-0 and Q1 for example), and odd workings by stock over the system, e.g. 1959 Stock being turned. There was also an article on Underground Slang that I have mentioned before. Also, an essay lifted from an early 1900s book about a dizzy woman who recanted about travelling on the Tuppeny Tube. I may have edited # 10..is that the one with the streamlined stock photo?
Keighley Press printed UD 6 I think it was onwards. I wish II could get copies of the issues that I put together as they were my first ever stint as an editor.

I am now willing to pay a good few few Pounds for UndergrounD issues nos. 5 to 10! I believe 6 may be the first with the top red banner with UNDERGROUND in white font, and a pic of an ex-GWR Pannier Tank at Harrow-on-the-Hill. Issue 10 was Edited by my late colleague Bob Greenaway.

I've got Standard Tube Stock [number 15 on the cover]... very good reading material it be, considering what I paid for it [£4] it was a very good bargain...!

When is the deadline? I would not want 1- 4 and 10-15 but if anyone wants to bid for the whole lot I would pay big money for the issues that I need, 5-9, and the rest would pay the same price but whomever bid as nominee can keep them as payment.
