It says on the page below, that DM 1306 went to the Police Training Centre at Denton, Kent on 27 September 2001 and was as of April 2007 still there & intact. Does any have any more info on this car and what its used for?

Or more generally on the railway. Was likely the cheapest way to get a rail car for them.
