I have reluctantly decided that I have to offer my two 1938 TS plates and the ...well could be older than CO/CP stock....plates on E-pay as I need to dispose of them fast. We need to clear a garage at my parents' place in Hounslow West and I will also be throwing in a free copy of my book on Chevy buses if anyone from DD Forum buys them. If anyone genuinely wants them before the sale ends I will consider ending the auction early. cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150098204863&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:UK:31

Including one FREE photograph would increase your chances of getting a decent sale, the listing is not very well presented.

As they are black with white lettering, and I don't have a chance of getting photos of them until later this week, I can't do much else thanks. From vast experience at buying and (less so selling) I think punters will contact for details. However as soon as I can get some digitals I will add them.

I think we should agree to disagree, whenever I have seen destination plates on eBay, they always include a piccie.

Sorry, but I don't have any pix at the moment but thanks for the point anyway. I did not have my digital camera to hand when I left the plates in Hounslow. I had not actually seen them for many years.

I've alerted a few people who aren't necessarily members 'here' to these items as I know there are some collectors amongst them.
