Since I joined, the forum section really has built up nicely. I don't pop in as often as I would like, with work and The SE6.5's taking up a lot of my time, but since my last visit... Phew!!! Keep up the good work!!!  |

Just catching up on the recent postings (not a good week workwise for 'PC' time!) and have just seen this!
Thanks for the Thanks, but I really think the way this forum has taken off is down to the contributors, and not me. OK - I had the idea I suppose, but any forum's only as good as its participants - and you're all top people!

Can I just add, as a non-railway/LUL person that everyone's posts on this forum - ranging from Q8's reminiscent postings and stories through to District Dave's updates and alerts (especially about the refurbished D78's cancellation/postponement) - just prove what a good idea this forum is and how helpful, varied & positive the posts/threads are...  Eleventhed.... (is there is such a word...  ?)  Thank you everyone!! By the way, my girlfriend is really getting bored with me mentioning this site.....!!!! The really scary thing is... when you discover that you were not only at the same university, but on the same course with someone else on the forum.... you know who you are trainopd78.... ;D ;D |
