Is there sufficient information available to draw the District Railway between Mill Hill Park (aka Acton Town) and Barons Court, including the terminus of the Picc at Hammersmith? I've always been curious about the original arrangements at Turnham Green and Studland Road Junctions and how closely signalled the line was before the rearrangement for the projection of the Piccadilly Line to Acton Town and beyond.

I can't help with the District layouts. But I do know that the original Piccadilly terminus arrangements were two tracks, and a scissors crossover. There was an island platform for boarding, and side platforms for alighting. I think it was a dead end terminus, with no overruns. The terminus was located on one side of Hammersmith station (the north side I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

On the same subject more-or-less very old LSWR carriage maps show that there was a service to Turnham Green and I think Ravensourt Park. I assume that the trains then went over the flyover west of Hammersmith? I am certain that in the Sixties there was a fifth track, EB, east of TG which was originally supposed to be a goods loop for the goods trains..Midland Coal trains?
