The Railway Channel

I hope that whoever is running it has at least some knowledge of the subject. Although the name gives reason for hope, I fear that it we will be overwhelmed by unending repeats of programmes about preserved railways.
There is certainly a wealth of material available, and the potential to produce more. The question is whether the channel will bother to commission it / search for it / get clearance to transmit existing material.
