Puffing Billy 22-1-096A rests on a total fire ban day. 7A sits behind. 8A up the back. Handbrake of 7A. The Cab. G42 sits outside while waiting for it's D exam. The back end of 24NB. The guards compartment is nothing more than a retrofit and is apprantly the worst compartment. NK3 on the 2 road D21 on the 11:30 Gembrook. Of note it hasn't overcooked it self. G42 and the workshop. Numberplate and Builders Plate. Knobs for somthing.

Williamstown Steam Shuttles 20/3/09K153 leads the empty cars into Flinders St. K190 at Williamstown. WMN742 Shows Clear Medium Speed for the train's departure to the city. A Gunzel who decided to get a little too close. W318 changes to red. Yarraville. Footscray. Waiting for the signaller to wake up at SKN764. North Melbourne Junction. Passing by the Northern Group Portals for the underground. Southern Cross Heading over the viaducts. Loco hauled trains must use the "New" viaduct. Looking down the train Arriving at Flinders St. K153 back at Flinders St.

Steamrail Suburban Steam Shuttles. Dandenong-Oakleigh.K153 arrives into Dandenong. K153 pulls into PL1. K190 at the West End. K153 at the East End. Departing Dandenong. Passing A siding. Noble Park. Auto D846 Between Westall and clayton. K153 in the lightly used PL3 at Oakleigh. K190 K153 leaving Dandenong. K153 at Oakleigh on the last down.

Puffing Billy 4/6/09D H31 sits up on Blocks. It will be apprantly be out of traffic for 3 months. 6A sits over the pit in the running shed. D21 comes up the hill with the transfer train. D21 passes D H31. Coming in on the transfer train is former Cooks Constructions CC02(Which in turn was former QR shunter D H5) to be restored into the same standard as D H31. Most likely it will be numbered D H32. Several Views of CC02. A good bit of advice on the drivers side. D21 hangs about near the SM's office. 6A at the head of the 10:30 train. D H31 and CC02. 7A before shunts CC02 into place. G42 sits Stored for the time being. D21 shunts the 12:30 train into the platform. CC02 and D H31 side be side. 7A faces off with the Queenslanders. The handbrake on 5NBD. D21 at the end of the line.

Hustrbridge Shuttles 30/8/09K153 prepares to lead the train from PL2 at Flinders St after reversing at Burnley. K190 trails out of Flinders Street. K190 gets watered in 5 road at Hurstbridge by the CFA. K190 at the platform. K190 leads the first shuttle out of the platform. K153 on the rear as it heads down the hill. For some reason the train came to a stop for a few moments. K190 before heading into 5 road to be re watered.

Heritage trains of the 80s/90sK190 in a green livery. This version of the green livery was painted by the South Gippsland Railway when it was loaned to them. R766 at Jolimont Workshops. R766 is currently in NSW after being converted to Standard Guage in the last few years. R761 gets turned on the turntable at Jolimont. R761 at Jolimont. R766 on the turntable 20th July 1985. R707 returns to service following restoration. Here it sits on it's first run to Baccus Marsh 30th March 1985. R761 returns following restoration. Here it is at Spencer St. K190 wearing 1st green version applied by steamrail. Sydney N class tram 728 and Brisbane FM(Four Motor) "Phoneix" tram 548. Sydney R class tram 1740 Brisbane dreadnought tram 180 Brisbane dropcentre tram 295. 3801. 4306 prior to restoration. K153 in the Jolimont railyards. R761 runs a Christmas train through Hallam. J515 and DERM 58RM run side by side. J515 runs tender first while a superfreighter passes on the SG. R707 runs between Middle and West Footscray stations. Of note the first car is painted in the one off livery used for cars on the 1988 royal train. T320 after being preserved. DERM 58RM In somthing that will never be seen again. Bluebird 257 sits in Portland. Bluebird 257. This railcar now sits in the National Railway Museum at Port Adelaide. X41 on a special. Bluebird 257. AN 830 class loco 832 leads a special. This locomotive was rebuilt as DA2(Now known as 902) J515 travels tender first through Hallam. The PTC tait train goes through Glenferrie. Y112 leads a J and R class. J515 runs through Hallam. R761. J515 and R707 at the end of the Nth Melb flyover.

Steamrail Open Weekend 7/3/10VLPY132 Up the back of East Block. Stored V/Line D van D313. In the background other stored DN and D vans sit. Former Harris Greaser 794M awaits its future. L1162 sits back in its home after spending a bit of time in West Block. Tait xxxM Locomotive M231 is home at Newport. Sister units S307,S313 and S301. S307 sits stored in the Pacific National Livery while 313 is in a special livery for a television series. Behind S313 is S301. K190 with one smoke deflector removed. S307. 707ops R707 sits at the other end of the yard. Y168 and in the background R711. In one of the roads is DERM 58RM The other end of Y168. Inside R707s Firebox Inside S313s cab. Inside the workshop. In this area the N441 steam loco project. Here K154 is being "Rebuilt" into a new locomotive N441. SRV Pakenham-Berwick ShuttlesK153 Arrives at Berwick K153 at Pakenham. K153 shunts into the Yard to take on water. For these shuttles SRV decided to do somthing different. Fit a CW car in the middle of the consist. It was a very popular move After shunting towards Gippsland K190 leads the train back into Pakenham. Back at Berwick.

Puffing Billy 6/7/10The Peckett inside the nursery. 861 is being preped for the day. Arriving with the first train is 6A. Arriving an hour or so later 14A arrives. 861's task for the day. Entertaining the kids after lunch. Coming back up the yard for the 900th time. 861 passes by the car workshops and a red carded NMM cattle wagon. In case you didn't guess where this is. Being given the so called "Tip" The coupler between the NBD and NBH.

Puffing Billy 28/9/10What I would think DH05's first task in service. It was headed to Gembrook to pick up a few 1000 people who had hired the train. Later on in the day 14A is waiting for the cross at Menzies Creek. Coming into Menzies Creek on the up is 8A Departing Menzies. DH31 at Belgrave.

Camberwell to Mitcham Shuttles 11/4/10K153 approches Camberwell to begain the first shuttle of the day. At Mitcham K190 prepares to depart to begin the first up shuttle. Back at Camberwell 190 has just arrived and awaits the next shuttle.
