While riding on the Northern Line today, I came across a rather beat-up, dog-eared, stained copy of Traffic Circular #38 (2006).
Despite finding it a very fascinating read, upon coming across certain sections I instantly knew that I could not keep it and would have to return it. Once I arrived at my destination, I knocked on the cab door, and after showing him the TC and explaining that I felt it would be best to return it, he accepted it and thanked for me for doing so.
What is the 'usual' procedure for passengers customers when they find controlled documents?

Hand it in to a member of staff does sound like a good idea. They would then just put it in the bin, After going though to the Vacancy section to see what jobs there are going.

how did you find it? was it just lying around on the platform? I found it scrunched up, laying behind the seat next to the offside cab bulkhead. After going though to the Vacancy section to see what jobs there areWell, the T/Op I spoke to seemed unwilling to open his door until I unfolded the TC, after which he opened it quite speedily. He seemed genuinely surprised that I had returned it and didn't act like he was about to bin it.

Well, the T/Op I spoke to seemed unwilling to open his door until I unfolded the TC. He probably looked through the spyhole and thought you look a bit dodgy OneKEA, did you put him at ease by reeling off different cabin codes and different types of point mechanism ;D ;D
