If i'm on a late shift, I usually get the ELL from Shoreditch to Canada Water. I'll miss shoreditch when it closes. It's handy place to use for brick lane.

On the odd occasion I finish up at Hainault or Leytonstone, I sometimes deliberately get off at Stratford, take the jubbly to Canada Water, then East London to Shadwell and either walk or get the Docklands two stops. Had a ride up front through the Brunel Tunnel and the lights were on. I was absolutely amazed....
EDIT: Minor spelling errors - not yet 100% on the touch-type method!

Its a wonderful sight. Got a lift up front last week from shoreditch to canada water.
As you go through wapping, you can see just how much it slopes down as the line goes under the thames. The lights were on at the time and it shows what an excellent engineering example the brunel tunnel is.
