Is the staff halt at New Cross the only staff halt that normal passenger trains stop at? The one at Stratford Market is usually passed and the one at Northumberland Park is off-limits to 'normals' - does that leave New Cross as the only one folks can see?

New Cross depot is only stopped at as it is the most convenient way for trainmen who come by public transport to get to the depot. It's a bloody long and roundabout walk from Surrey Quays (a bus ride even) and also not so easy from NX(G). Those who come by car can park not far away. but owing to restricted space most come by bus/train. Other than that there is no reason for passenger trains to stop.
