I am very far from happy at the whole tone of this thread, the language involved - and implied - it borders on flaming and I and my fellow Admins will NOT accept this.
The actions of the LU staff involved were ill advised, and publically drawing attention to the whole episode only increases the chances of the matter causing a great deal of trouble for the individual concerned.
It is likely that the Admins will discuss this and consider if any further action is considered necessary.
