As far as I am aware it is contrary to the relevant estate agency legislation to advertise or market a property with inaccurate information (either unknowingly or intentionally) - I am just not sure about the caveat at the bottom and whether its a reasonable defense.
The devil in me would inquire about where they got their information from (websites/letters etc.)

I have been doing some digging....
IF the extension is not going ahead or is NOT due for completion what a 'reasonable person' would assume as being soon, regardless of the caveat at the bottom the estate agency is almost certainly in breach of the relevant estate agency legislation.

I didn't know they had any!!!!!! There are lots of them & IMO only the top ones follow them.... When you sell your house or let a flat you pays yer money and takes yer choice, but you tend to pay for what you get.....ever heard 'pay peanuts... get monkeys'  |
