In the latest issue of Modern Railways (May), there's an article about the transport plans for the Olympics. There's a 'tube map' showing the planned lines for 2012, including the ELL extension and Javelin high speed link KX - Stratford.
Not all the station names are included, but curiously, on the Vic line, there is an extra station marked between Finsbury Pk and and Highbury, and two more between the latter and KX!

First I've heard of it - would appear to compromise the Vic's existing role as a fast NE/SW link, especially since the Picc serves areas between Finsbury Pk and KX.

I've just caught up with that map. I wouldn't worry about its accuracy: the extra stations mentioned make up for the ones left out between Finsbury Park and Walthamstow!!!

Interestingly enough, will TfL actually issue a map with the Olympic event symbols and catchment area shading as shown in both RAIL and Modern Railways?
