what is the procedure when a trespasser is detected on the tracks? Are the trains run restricted? or just to be extra vigilant of people on the track?
Victoria VICTORIA LINE: Minor delays are occurring due to an earlier trespasser on the track at Victoria.
A trespasser in that case would be in a tube tunnel! does anyone know about this, would this person have run down the tunnel without getting electorcuted.
Or is a failed suicide attempt?

In a tunnel section, Traction Current would be discharged and a track walk would take place. In non-tunnel sections, it would be different.
