There did not appear to be any Circle Line service early this morning, but there was nothing at any station or on any train to say so.
I know the Circle Line was suspended over the weekend, due to engineering works on part of its route, but it seemed that normal service was running on most lines this morning but with a complete absence of Circles.
Was it running with very reduced frequency or was it suspended?

There were probably some cancellations. What direction were you heading in?

There were probably some cancellations. What direction were you heading in? Clockwise from Moorgate.

Sometimes some of the Anti Clockwise ones come late from Barking so are diverted so back on time. There are trigger times for circle delay messages, but cant remember what they are. The moral of the story is if there isnt one on the Dot Matrix, use another line ;D ;D ;D

I took the Met to Aldgate and went upstairs there - no Circles showing there either and it does have specific platforms.
Still, it's walkable from Aldgate to where I was going.

Change to the Victoria at Oxford Circus, and that can get to Kings Cross quicker than the Circle!
If you really don't want to change trains, I'd use the H&C.

*Wonders if the BRT on Platform 6 has the number * ;D Aye Chris, that is my back-up route, but I don't particularly like the Bakerloo & Victoria lines so try to avoid them where possible!

Ha! I love it when JTD has 'The Power! "Upset me mate and I'll exile you, sorry send you 'accidentally' to Ealing Broadway sidings! [The 'Azkhaban Prison of the District Line], or if I am feeling really in a foul mood, 'accidentally' send you to meet the Blue Line Dragons north of Hangar Lane Junction!. My fellow desk person will then send you to District oblivion [Rayners Lane]"! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
