Went to Neasden today to renew my PTAC's,saw a 2 car C stock outside 27rd.Anyone know why it's there?Who would shunt this train/unit as I doubt if any of Neasden's fleet staff have the relevant licences?

Hmm when I was on the Jubilee I saw a few times C stocks hanging around, assumed they went to the wheel laith (or whatever its called) there

I guess it will be picked up by a 4 car C stock train soon. I imagine it was there to use the wheel lathe. C stocks haven't stabled at Neasden for 15 years I think?

or it might of been delievered there by a transporter remember there is one missing but thats just a guess

I thought the plan was for C stock to go to Upminster's wheel lathe,that's why there were gauging runs up there a couple of months back.

yer a C stock was down that way about a month ago saw it go past the sidings at barking whilst i was doing a possession

I thought the plan was for C stock to go to Upminster's wheel lathe,that's why there were gauging runs up there a couple of months back. Certainly there was a C Stock train in Upminster Depot on 30 November 2007 when I was hiking the depot with my current trainee; I didn't get the unit numbers I'm afraid though I *think* it was on either 33 or 34 Road.
