How close will the ticket halls of the White City Stations be?

Is there potential for behind-barrier interchange, or will the stations offer interchange on single paper tickets and/or 15-minute timeouts on Oyster tapping?

How close to the new bus station will White City H&C be?

Not sure. The new white city station on the H & C as i assume it will be called if not wood lane will not be too far from the central line white city station. In fact i think it'll be above the site of the now almost demolished central line wood lane station below the viaduct

As yet i have not come across any visual plans to see the design of the connections
