Yes - photographers who can legally and safely do so should "do" Neasden Depot as is because they start soon on demolition. The Steam Shed will be first to go.

Thats going to be a pointless waste of time, the trains they stable at Watford will have to run empty back to Neasden in the morning as its a favourite for the artists.

at the moment i am doing nights at rayners lane, there are 3 spare roads at uxb plus they are covered by security guards so perhaps its best if they are all shifted over there?

The most important trains in the morning start from Rky sdgs. They start at Ricky head north and go to Chesham or Amersham and then head south towards the curve and then to Watford, and then from there head to Baker Street. Extra stabling at Watford gives no benefit, Ricky has no room, so the only place is Uxbridge.
As somer says, the old Jubilee stock has been removed and the roads have been recommisioned. I would put 'em at Uxb more than Wat.
EDIT: Expect at few later ones ex uxb sdgs in the morning

After all three trains come out of Ricky and go to Watford in the morning (at 0516, 0549 & 0604). I suspect what will happen is they will shift those trains to Watford, freeing up some more space at Ricky for those trains that are going north or south along the Main Lines. I can see the logic.
