can any members tell me if the chesham branch still gets two through workings in each direction, as i would love to travel on it. Do the inbound workings start at baker street or aldgate  |

Yep two, in the morning peak, Chesham to Aldgate and two in the evening peak, Aldgate to Chesham.

I thought one of the through trains in the evening peak left baker street at 17.48. I remember passing through baker street at the time it was due to leave.
I got on it and couldnt believe how busy it was. When I've normally gone to chesham, its always been on the shuttle from chalfont but on this day, the whole 8 cars of the train were packed and at least 80% of the people stayed on till chesham.
When the train arrived, I've never seen so many people trying to cram through 2 UTS gates in my life!
