Looking in TC14 I see Wembley Pk Sdgs are being recommissioned on April 3rd,no sign of any changes to stabling on Met Line yet, maybe in next WTT in June.

I don't believe Wembley Park sheds will be used for stabling in the new Met WTT this June - there will just be a timetabled rusty rail move into and out of the sidings. Partly because it was not known at time of compilation of the WTT whether the sheds would be ready or not in time.

The shed has been knocked down, loads of money having been spent on putting a new roof on it some years ago.

I've heard different stories about Wembley Park sheds. As to their truth I don't know.
1. The project manager forgot to get approval from the Asset Engineer to build the roof and so couldn't hand over for use.
2. The design of the roof wasn't capable of withstanding certain situations where reversal of wind would create uplift of the roof.
3. The support columns were too badly corroded that the sheds were condemned.

Saw an A-stock in the new sidings for the first time last tuesday. However, there'd been a tamper train in the sidings for the previous two weeks.

They are currently conducting driver training trips into the sidings at the moment. According to my correspondant, the sidings will probably not be used for stabling, but used in cases of big events at wembley, as you can have trains in there and then bring them directly into service on the SB to get people back into town quickly, rather than doing a big shunt.

Just as they used to be used then. And they will indeed be used for stabling just as they used to be. As for training, there are a whole plethora of training issues connected with both the sheds and the "new" link road to the depot. It will be some time before both are used to their full potential (not that the link road has any potential thanks to a lack of foresight). Us signallers however, were able to use the "new" signalling from the day it was commissioned / re-introduced, without so much as a second glance. Certainly tells you something doesn't it

LU move customers from A to B, they used to do it via 'C'.

Not according to what i was told today! So cloak and dagger. Well out with it then. No use coming to this 'ere discussion forum if you're not going to discuss ;D Bound to be (yet) another Train Operator matter (see under-handed comment in previous post of mine). Our kit works more or less fine. It certainly handled the out-stabling of the Tamper. Train Ops, please note the sarcasm I'm employing, plus the relevant emotion thingys. You're a sensitive bunch and this is a lonely forum when nobody wants to talk to me because I've said something wrong about train ops.

To which I made reply 6
So in other words there's no reason, apart from lack of training, why they won't be used for stabling.
The training issue is of course only a short-term problem.
