I have been watching the DVD of the Met Main line and I have two questions.
Can a Chiltern line train be routed over the local tracks Harrow/Ricky south Junction at times of disruption on the fast lines?
Secondly are any of the drivers seen in the film credited at the end in the same manner as our Illustious leader was in the most recent DVD? [I'm sure I've seen the young chap with the earrings somewhere else]

Any Chiltern train that took a wrong stick at Watford West Junction and ended up on the local lines would be tipped out at Moor Park s/b, run out of service to Northwood, reversed via the siding and sent north to Rickmansworth n/b. Met App says that no Chiltern train will ever be permitted south of Northwood on the local lines; if the siding is unavailable then a Wrong Direction Move will be done instead.

DEV was filmed Although, was wondering the same thing myself.I'd say it all comes down to whether the drivers want to be publicly 'outed' or not I guess...

Also I think that if a SB Chiltern was diverted onto the local lines from Watford South Junction down to Harrow on the Hill, the chiltern cannot return back onto its line to Marylebone - there is no route to allow that. And for NB chilterns from Marylebone, they can't access the local lines from Harrow to Watford South Junction.

That's correct. If a Chiltern train takes the local lines at Watford South Junction it can't came back to the Marylebone line at Harrow as there is no connection to do that.
What I did heard however was some Chiltern driver that took the wrong route at Harrow North Junction and ended up on one of the Southbound (2 or 4) platforms at Harrow on the Hill.

It would have been either Platform 5 or Platform 6, and for some reason this seems a little unlikely to me - the gauging risks alone would preclude a 165/168 from proceeding that far south IMO.
