Will the existing Class 313s allocated to Silverlink for NLL services be externally refurbished into LO colours and branding? Or will they be left alone, with minimal external mods, until the Class 376 derivatives arrive?

According to others who attended the recent talk at the LT Museum by the LO brand manager, they will be either repainted into "neutral" colours or left alone but given a "deep clean". LO branding will only be applied when a step-change in the offering is made. Where trains are concerned, this means the introduction of new stock.

They are having the Silverlink branding removed and LO logos are appearing on the middle of the car bodysides.
Are the cars still owned by the Leasing Co.?

Yes they are still owned by the leasing company, unit 313112 that was damaged at the end of last year is finally back in service. The units will not be painted into the LOROL livery. And it would appear that the neutral colour will be the existing Silverlink livery without the Silverlink branding. keithy
