It seems very bad that the following info, on Ealing Common station, was obtained today by myself:
Station Details
Ealing Common (Zone 3) Lines served District Line Piccadilly Line Ealing Common Station London Underground Ltd. Uxbridge Rd London W5 3LD 0845 330 9880
Ticket Halls 1 Lifts 0 Escalators 0 Gates 3 Toilets no Photo Booths 1 Cash Machines 0 Payphones 2 Car park no Vending Machines 2 snack, 0 drink Help Points 0 on platforms, 0 in ticket halls, 0 elsewhere Bridge yes Waiting Room yes Other Facilities
The snack vending machines were removed a long time ago, help points were added at least 12 months ago at station refurbishment. There is no waiting room. There is no photo booth (this was removed at least 18 months ago) ! Why is this information not updated? Seems very poor to me!
Also the following is similarly inaccurate and poor:
Station Details
Ealing Broadway (Zone 3) Lines served Central Line District Line Ealing Broadway Station The Broadway London W5 2NU 0845 330 9880
Ticket Halls 1 Lifts 0 Escalators 0 Gates 0 Toilets no Photo Booths 1 Cash Machines 0 Payphones 0 Car park no Vending Machines 2 Help Points 0 on platforms, 0 in ticket halls, 0 elsewhere Bridge no Waiting Room no Other Facilities routeways platform to ticket hall.
There are waiting rooms on this station, there are several payphones, there are no photo booths, there is a cash machine, there are toilets available, and there is SEVERAL ticket gates (not 0)
Should we disregard ALL INFO from the TFL website in case of inaccuracy (incompetence on there part)

In the case of Ealing Broadway, I presume that the ticket gates and toilets are the responsiblity of First Great Western rather than TfL. The same cannot be said of the information about Ealing Common though...

Blame it on somebody else, because technically the people running the station are Acme Contracts LTD so we couldn't care less...

Perhaps I'm a little cynical, but companies *love* to have a sub-contractor or the like to blame... so the customer/passenger never gets anywhere... the jist of my point was, the passenger doesn't care whether the toilets are owned by FGW or LUL, they are toilets.

Trust me, the TFL site is not very good, Journey Planner seems to disagree with my table for First and Last Trains quite a bit......as for bus information, I use Robert Munsters site as it is so much more reliable.
