Please don't let my son know about this auction, he'll want it as a Christmas present

Well it still has 8 days to go and already 9 people have pushed it up to £120+. Why do people mug themselves off by bidding such silly amounts so early on?
Mind you, I've seen this sort of thing go for over £500 in the past on eBay..................

Does the C&H go to Stratford or Covent Garden?

Well it does imply you can get direct from Canary Wharf to Covent Garden. Is this perhaps a hint of where the DLR will be going?

I guess it is... £500 must be for the 'basic' experience!
As if I would be so evil as to deprive a child/big child of such an experience... ;D

Knowing you Artery, you would want the £500 in your bank account before the J door is opened, you would then open the J door, but they would have to stand in the pax saloon. ;D

No, opposition will be destroyed by the cartel. They're evil and will stop at nothing to acheive their dubious goals!

Depends what cut they'll give me... ;-p Unfortunately SA's don't have as many fun, exclusive things to do. I suppose I could let people wear my hi-vi and get all the whining when the service goes up the wall... although I don't know how many masochists I could find who would be interested.

I think I'll stick to the LUL passenger experience, it's a bargain for as little as £1 a go...

I think I'll stick to the LUL passenger experience, it's a bargain for as little as £1 a go... Yeah but it lacks the excitement of coming into the platform at forty thirty with the brakes full on, staring at the rapidly approaching red and wondering if you are gonna stop in time. Well worth the extra four quid (and the coffee) imho.
