04:07 this morning: Loging on reports: 2 Members, 11 Guests. Most users online was 91, Nov 1, 2006, 6:40am ongarparknride, Mark T Gee - what just happened we got 11 guests logging on at 04:07 AM ffs?  |

Aaaahhh! Apologies for starting this thread prematurely as just able to answer my own question. Apparently DD's site here is being referred internationally on the www as explaining the source of WHY the London 2012 Olympic Logo. Off to find the thread here that refers, as imho I think it is a carp logo..... Not much consolation in that anyone and everyone involved says "It's just a logo. Live with it." Nice to see them promoting how democratic we are then.  btw, anyone here can offer DEV's of the new Euro link tunnelling etc., Stratford-St Pancras, please? |

I appreciate we have quite a few knowledgable contributors here who don't measure time by GMT 'cos they live overseas. My OP still stands seriously, as at this time of the morning I'm sure I've never seen so many guests logged on.
Anyhow, to all guests logged on now, My Kindest Regards to you all and hope you enjoy browsing DD's excellent and informative website. Register and tell us where you are from?
For personal reasons, I tend to be nocturnal by GMT standards (I'm in Norfolk, England) so if you register and PM me we might find some pleasant interests in common to chat and email about.

Yes, I remember it well. Not sure what happened that morning, but I was amazed as I sat here and watched the numbers increase. The time relates to the time you have set in your profile, and nothing to do with time-zones. It's all down to people viewing at a given moment in time, regardless of where they are in relation to us in The UK. Original Thread |
