In your profile there is an option called something like "is your location currently observing DST?" and change that from "no" to "yes" and you get the right time.
I don't remember needing to do this before though...

Just change it to "GMT + 1" and it will display correctly again

If recent history is anything to go by, they'll change it at the start of their working week tomorrow. They usually do........

They are off in the US also. They may not have fixed the change to DST starting date.

Taken from Proboards support forum:
As the first set of clocks are changing this weekend, the questions about this are to be sure to start also, so here is a simple explanation.
The clocks on your forum will not automatically change. Unlike the clock in say your bedroom, the clocks on the servers are for users all around the world. Everyone changes their clocks on different weekends, different times of the day, and some dont even change them
For this reason, we do not alter OUR clocks. You will need to make a simple change in your profiles, just like you would in most rooms of your house.
In your profile, there is an option under the timezone which asks if you are currently observing daylight saving time. If you are, then set this option to yes.
This will let you keep the timezone, but will make the appropriate time changes.
