I have just gone on to the tfl website only to find the format has changed, i think it was way easier to locate stuff before, this could confuse first time users!

Having just gone to the new site for the first time I have to say I quite like it. The old site always looked to me to be rather basic and amateurish with lots of gaps in content. The look and layout seem much better and I was interested to see some information there which I didn't expect to find (though perhaps it just wasn't on the old site!). My one quibble would be the lack of the little whatjamacallit that used to run across the top of the screen detailing up-to-date travel info. I found that rather useful. But the journey planner and engineering works info still work fine and as that is what I mainly use the site for I'm perfectly happy.

I also think the new site looks good. Fairly easy to find what I need, too. It looks more professional than previously and is definitely an improvement.

took me ages to find the news centre! it's now under 'media'
it's a shame as the news section was actually quite good for everyone, not just the press.
