I was watching a progamme a while back about plans to have people inserted withmicrochips with all thier medical information on so thiers no more paperwork at the hospitals and its a quicker and efficient service, apparently! any one else heard about this

Oh you poor dear girl! That's what comes from HALF-hearing a report. There will (if government gets its way) be chips with all your medical info. on it, but it will be in your National Identity Card, not in YOU!!!  Although some parents have asked if they can fit tracker chips in their kids so they can be found if kidnapped. That's TRULY worrying. |

That would worry me too... You chip pets, not children... It's all becoming too much these days. Watching, tracking, eavesdropping, phone tapping, registering for this that and everything else... where will it stop?
Apparently, there is a comsumer group you can write off to, that will check everywhere that holds details on you. This costs money to you, £10.

no seriously they said they were looking into getting one that you get put in your arm, mind you thAT was before christmas!! might have changed since then!
