I don't want this to clog up the Central line board, seeing as this is probably an easily answered question.
Anyway - I was on a Central line train today, travelling back east to Stratford, and when we got to Bank, the train stopped, and the doors didn't open for about 15-20 seconds....They did eventually, and then slammed shut, and off we went again... same thing happened at St. Paul's as well, IIRC.
Could this be something to do with CSDE being faulty, or something along those lines?

Slow PAC by the sounds of it. Also happens a lot at Hanger Lane EB.

Platform ATO Communicator. The bit of kit which uploads the route and run ATO data and performs the Correct Side Door Enable (an abbreviation not explained in the OP BTW) function.

Definately a PAC related problem. Could have ever so slightly over/underrun too. Whats annoying about a delay in getting the doors open, is the stupid people in the cars usually pull the handles, not one or two, but five isnt unknown. Had seven one time! I was NOT happy. DTS was going mad, teeling me PEA operated car x, car x, car x..... Spent a good ten minutes resetting the damn things!
