A recent attempt at the Weekend by Police here in Melbourne (Noble Park, two stations from Dandenong) to break up a group of Drag Racers, Car Hoons as they are called here, ended up with a riot in which a nearby Video Store was completely trashed.
This does not seem to have been Racial or ethnic but mearly a group of Car' Lovers' having been thwarted.
It has been suggested that more Police were needed ( one Policeman for every law Breaker ??) How do other Countries deal with these incidents?
