Details: Car in collision with train
Address: Nr Leigh on Sea Railway Station
Attendance: 2 x Hadleigh 1 x Rochford 1 x Rayleigh 1 x Leigh (RT)
Firefighters were called after a car had lost control, left the road way and ended up on the railway line. The man driving the car was unhurt and manged to get out the car and call for help. Unfortunately there was not enough time to stop the oncoming train and it collided with the vehicle and pushed it about 100 yard down the track
