Having a bit too much time on my hands, i discovered the following using the internet only;
Getting a train from Bristol - London (std rtn from thetrainline.com): 118*
Getting a plan from Bristol - London (and back, via Paris..) 65.39*
So who's up for flying rather than going by train!
* - All are in pounds, except my pound sign aint working!

yes, but you have to turn up an hour before for a plane. you have to breathe other peoples air in a very cramped, uncomfortable environment. It is much more stressful. You have to wait for your luggage latter.
AND you create more carbon emissions.

Chris - you can do Bristol - London for £10 RTN if you use "FirstMinuteFares". You get a guaranteed booked seat also.
