A few albums which i've bought recently contain some software copy control. What it does (as some of you many know) is open the CD in a media player which is not the Windows one. All i can do is listen to it. And i know that sounds daft... Does anyone know how i can rip CD's with this on so I can put them on my mp3 player? I cant access the files or anything. This may stop pirating but its *#%£@~ (insert word of your choice) annoying. Here i am trying to actually buy the CD's, but if i cant use them i might as well start downloading!

What I always do is end the player in task manager and right click on the CD and press play?
Unless it's some other bizarre thingybob
