Our previous threads on the subject of 'arbor lights/lunar lights etc, was quickly brought to my attention while walking near Hornsea. On the side of an open backed van, was the following Harringey Council Authorised [Tree Surgeon] -blanked off but still visible under white tape] Someone had added 'Arborcultrialists' in crude bold stencilling. Bit of a mouthful, but I managed it...  |

It came up witht hat for several of the chavs in Kudos (a prgram where you enter your details and finds relevant jobs)
What do they EXACTLY do? except maybe conduct a triple by-pass on some poor old defenceless maple..

No, Chris, that's lumberjacks!! (you may be too young to remember that)... What's the difference? Quite a lot actually. Lumberjacks just cut trees down. Tree surgeons don't unless they have to. Tree surgeons do all the cutting back/ pruning and anything else to revive an unhealthy tree. Lots of them at Kew gardens etc, saving tree lives not destroying them. [/pedant] |
