Perhaps Tox should team up with Fathers 4 Justice.
Between them they should be able to penetrate anywhere in the country, however secure!!!
Because, apart from the size and untidiness of his tag, isn't this just a repeat of all the 'Kilroy was here' signs in unlikely/impossible places of a few decades ago?
