Does anyone have any LU official clothing?
(I don't mean the uniforms etc.)
I, for example, have got a T-Shirt with a tube map on it, which I got for xmas, which i will never really wear!

When I first started for LUL, I was given a pair of LU boxer shorts by my missus! Very handy if you forget where you're supposed to be going, you just drop your trousers... ;D

I once had a pair of socks with the LU map on them. When I was at school I actually had a pair of LU Doc Martens, which at that time were sold in the Museum shop at Covent Garden. I wish I'd kept them now, they were knackered but had the pre 2000 dark blue tag on them.

She left after having her questions answered. The fact she asked them just after 7/7 was only a small problem. 2. She's a bit old for you Chris, and her main interests are more NR than LU.

I was once bought a pair of socks with the Tube Map on them, which were apparently only cheap.
Cheap they were indeed, I had holes in them the first time I wore both pairs!

Mine didn't last long either - although to be fair wearing in the rock - solid heels of a LU pair of DM's probably didn't help. I don't know if any staff had problems with them but my feet bled

The shoes I was issued with were absolutely horrid. Ended up with cracked heels and huge blisters. So, I wear my own steel-toe DM's. Cost me £80, but they're absolutely fab. No problems whatsoever. I put in a recommendation to Clothing Services to consider a change of supplier...

I always wanted one of the old blue LU driver's bags (the ones with the red and white stripes) when I was on the buses, but couldn't get one!

There was one on ebay about 18 months ago but at the time my PC was broken so couldn't bid for it. I found out about it on my girlfriends sisters PC, but it was literally at the last minute and too late. In my opinion the late 90's uniform was excellent - admittedly it got very dirty with white shirts but the design of it was a lot better. I liked the line based ties and name badges.

Does anyone have any LU official clothing? Yes, I have two designer T shirts from the LT museum. We also have a T-Towel with the tube map on.

We used to be issued with monkey boots but these were withdrawn because there was a metal strip in them. Don't go near live rails.

I have one but can't remember if there's a problem with the zip. It's not the original blue one but the one with what we called "Speed stripes" on them.
