A friend really wants to know what the Northern Line announcer CELIA looks like, and who she is for that matter! Now I've searched high and low and found nothing. I reckon one of you Northern Line boys have got to know, but before I ask, this is what he thinks she looks like:
"a caucasian woman quite tall dressed in black with long black hair"
