Have noticed that there seem to be 3 temporary (!!!) speed restrictions on the line:
Chigwell - Roding Valley (over the M11 bridge)
Roding Valley inner rail onto westbound main over the points.
Eastbound into North Acton platforms.
The first one has been like that for at least 3 years!
Anyone know why these restrictions are in place - I thought that the Central, as part of its upgrade, had new track and points desinged for high speed running!
