I've got a virtually complete run of WTTs for the Central from the early 70s to the present - think I've also got one from '63 or thereabouts hiding on the WTT shelves, shouldn't be a problem to photocopy the information out of them. Am fairly sure that there was some sort of timing revision during the late 70s and early 80s - I'll have a root around when I return to the correct side of Offa's Dyke.

Got fed up of packing ;D:
An interesting question - might as well put it on the list.
E = Epping NW = North Weald BH = Blake Hall O = Ongar .5 = half-a-minute
Here goes:
WTT 24A 1963 Sundays:
E 0832 NW 0837-37.5 O arr 0844.5 returning O 0851.5 NW 0900 - 00.5 E arr 0905.5
Only train 90 on branch, but timetabled entry and exit of dwell at NW.
WTT 31A 1969 Saturdays - crossing at NW:
91 WB O 0818 NW 0826.5 - 0827 E arr 0832 (and on to Loughton, stable)
90 EB E 0821 NW 0826 - 27.5 O arr 0834.5 (4 min dwell at O) then O 0838.5 NW 0847 E arr 0852 (4 min dwell at E) E 0856 NW 0901 O 0908
There's no timetabled arrival at NW in each direction after the crossings.
My first examples of distance come in with WTT 33 (Sat/Sun TTs only had abbreviated information).
WTT33 1970 Running Times EB WB 0-BH 1.78miles 4.5min 3.5min BH-NW 1.68m 4min 3.5min NW-E 2.61m 5min 5min
Running times became labelled Off Peak with the introduction of WTT A34 in 1973.
Distances changed, but dunning [1] times remained the same with the introduction of WTT 42.
WTT 42 Mon-Fri 1976:
O-BH 1.85miles BH-NW 1.69miles NW-O 2.58 miles
Times then caught up with the tectonic movements in 1977.
WTT 43 Mon-Fri 1977 75 train): Off Peak Running Times WB EB O-BH 4min 3.5min BH-NW 4min 4min NW-E 5.5min 5.5min
Blake Hall confirmed its state of desuetude in 1982.
WTT 46 All week 1982: Off Peak Running Times WB EB O-NW 3.52 miles 8min 7.5min NW-E 2.58miles 5.5min 5.5min
<phew> Does that help? Did say I was a bit of a TT geek elsewhere.
[1] I like this spelling mistake - it implies that the service was cr*p!

Further gen - this time from the green Quail:
Ongar 0.00 (22m 44ch) Blake Hall 2.97 North Weald 5.71 (19m 08ch) Epping 9.85 (16m 39ch)
I think the miles and chain figures are based on a zero mark at Liverpool St. The LNER/LPTB junction on the Stratford side of Leyton is shewn as 4m 76ch from Liverpool St.
The others are based on zero kilometrage mark at Epping Ongar.
