Can anyone help John please with queries off another forum addressed to me?

The very similar layouts at Newbury Park and Debden are interesting in that trains can use the loop/middle road in the Eastbound direction from either the Eastbound or the Westbound platform. EB departures from the WB platform have been done at both places during engineering work (I did Newbury Park on 28th May 1995 and Debden on 24th August 1997) and I have also done Newbury Park from EB to the loop, on 23rd May 1995 - that one is relatively easy if you know the booked workings, as I seem to recall that you can check that the route is set for the loop before committing yourself to travel.

The move I haven't done is Debden EB platform to the loop/middle road. I was under the impression that there is (or was) a train at around 06.00 M-F that did it, but I never got round to doing it. I see you are quoting a Sunday train: do you appen to know whether the M-F train still runs, or whether there are any others?

Whilst on Central Line matters, another couple of queries:

Does the Sunday morning EB departure from Northolt WB platform still happen?
I have tried for it several times in years past, but it never seemed to happen in practice.

Are there any departures from Leytonstone 3 Westbound, or from Liverpool Street 4 Westbound?
