Probably another assault. Happens fairly often around that area.

Interesting that they should suspend west of North Acton - there should be nothing at all preventing the SDMs at Wood Lane from routing around the train that was set down, as long as it sat down in the platform.

Unless it was necessary to discharge Traction Current??? True. But 'customer incident' in my mind doesn't suggest that someone ended up on the track...

Assault to one of the staff, you reckon? How often does that happen?

Guidelines have recently been issued regarding generic PA announcements in the weekly traffic circular - Customer incident is indeed classed as fighting/public disorder/accident/assault.
Persons on the track would be announced at tresspassing.

I know the answer to this one.
There was a report of "youths" in possesion of a handgun on a train, and the service was suspended while they waited for the police to arrive. I read the full details at work today, but I'm home ow so have no more than that for you.

Assault to one of the staff, you reckon? How often does that happen? I did read once, that its an average of 3 physical assaults, 25 verbals, and a few 'other' incidents which I presume includes being spat on, each and every day. Shocking eh?
