The route I heard was Newbury Park - Ilford - Stratford (or was it somewhere closer to London?) - Northumberland Pk

In the early days, it was transferred, I believe, using the link to the main line at Leyton. When that link was removed it was transferred via Ealing Broadway, Central to District, then via Acton Town and Finsbury Park.

After the Victoria Line opened they used the link at Ealing Broadway as the Ruislip-Met link didn't open till the late 70's early 80's.The units were at Hainault for a couple of months usually,Hainault did the 7 daily exam, the units were c/o when they became due for shed day which could only be done at N/Park.

Transferred via Ealing Broadway, Central to District, then via Acton Town and Finsbury Park. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ That is correct. N'land Pk, Finsbury Pk, Ealing Bdwy, Hainault and vikky-verki

Ruislip-Met link didn't open till the late 70's early 80's. Ruislip siding came into service on the 28th September 1975 operated by a push button panel in Rayner's Lane cabin.
