Reading through the thread on the sidings at EBDY, I noticed BAET's post about centralised control of the District Line after 1974.
Between this date and 2000bungle, when the new EAB SER was commissioned, who controlled the Central Line side of the station? Was it still controlled from the cabin?

Now unusually for LUL this was all part of a bigger plan,
North Acton Signalling was controlled from White City Cabin (CG) from April 1973, and so when Ealing Bway cabin closed the following May (1974) it went straight into White City Cabin. where it stayed until transfer into Wood Lane from May '93 ( in Ealing Broadways case )
