Does anyone have any suggestions where i could fit a 1/76 scale working model of the circle line which measures around 100m by 60m.
So far I am only constructing the stations as I have no room for the tunnels.
Maybe Tfl can rent out a disused station for this purpose (wishful thinking)

Is it to be of a permanent nature Crewman?
You MIGHT be able to get LUL to rent you out a disused platform but you'll have to be a millionare to do that. If it is to be of the size you quote it'll be a tall order to fulfill unless you have a large enough garden to build a shed of your own on. Local council may be able to point you in the right direction to save you running round in circles. [no pun]

The initial Channel tunnel (n-gauge) model was a private venture which got taken up commercially and used for several years at Cheriton.
Your best bet may be to search around for someone (TFL?, SSL Metronet?) who might want it as an exhibition piece. They'll then suggest a location.
Just a thought......

The museum might also be interested, I know they've got models of stations at both Covent Garden and Acton.

The museum have quite a few station models, which are stored under one of the mezzanines in the depot at Acton. The vast majority of them are of the more modern stations, where such models were needed for planning etc. The model of Oxford Circus has to be seen to be believed. Every passage in the entire complex is reresented by a correctly scaled pipe.
They appear to be rather pressed for space at the moment, but may well have more when the refit of Covent Garden is completed. I belive that the next Acton open weekend is focusing on modelling, so you're likely to find like minded people there.
