Hi I am wondering if anyone knows where i can get pictures of the line names on the cab windows (eg - Jubille line, District line) See here for what i mean: www.trainweb.org/districtdave/you'll see that on the D stock, it's got 'District line' on the cab windows...... anyone know if its possible to find them for all lines?? Update: I've found what i was looking for now

MetropolitanDistrictPiccNorthernfrom a quick look through the London Underground trains category on Wikimedia Commons. C stocks and 1992 tube stocks don't seem to have them, and I haven't got a photo of a 1996ts where the label is legible. I haven't got a photo of an ELL, Vic or Bakerloo line train front.

Oh my, the DD forum has been credited on this page for figuring out what the damn thing is! Yep. This is the best source of LU information that I know of. If anybody was going to know what it was then it would be someone here, and indeed the inimitable TheOneKA came up with the goods. Chris

It was only an educated guess, based upon my personal experience with laser levels and other equipment of the type. Now that stanmore K is here, perhaps he can be persuaded to give a more thorough description.
