Where does the BCV rail grinder live? Is it ever seen in daylight or does it only come out to play at night?

Where does the BCV rail grinder live? Is it ever seen in daylight or does it only come out to play at night? Its home was one of the sidings at Liverpool Street for a while IIRC |

Normally it's stabled in a siding near the worksite, and the siding is under possession for the period required. I think it is based out of Lillie Bridge or Ruilsip offically.
