No. a calling on light does excatly what it says on the tin. 'Call's on' the train behind to give assistance when a train has stalled due to defect.

Q8 is correct of course, however just to add to his answer - the calling on light is operated at the rear of the train by using the selector/RKL220 key in the active cab. By using this key, you are telling the approaching train operator that your train is secure and cannot be moved - therefore it is safe to approach.
