looks like Summit Tunnel in Galton just south of Rochdale in the image. As per the connection with london....
RFLI = Rail for London (Infrastructure) and Lizzy line. so lizzy interchange?

I think it might be the rail bridge over Marshgate Lane - the eastern tunnel portal by Pudding Mill Lane DLR?
