Does anyone in the group have access to the Johnston 100 and the TfL Icons fonts?

I know you can request them but I was wondering if anyone already has access to them.

There is Gill Sans which is very similar and readily available. One of the main differences is the dot on the i isn’t a diamond in Gill Sans. BBC article explaining the two font designers. (Note that Eric Gill, the designer of Gill Sans, has a problematic legacy and did some terrible things)

I know you can request them but I was wondering if anyone already has access to them. If anyone has the font, then they will probably be bound be the licence which probably includes a clause not to freely distribute said font and thus restricts the use of the typeface. TfL are known to take legal action against those using the designs without permission.

P22 Underground and Paddington are two commercially available fonts very close to Johnston

If you follow the link given by Chris L and click on either of the buttons to request a license you can view the terms of the license, it includes the following terms which do exactly as you suggest:

Whoa ... a fake sign saying that "Naughty Passengers Will Be Crushed"
But they do not define what amounts to being naughty!
Maybe its just enough to be on a very crowded (as if in a sardine tin) train during the rush hour?
ps: re: fonts, I have P22 and this includes the decorative patterns often used on Edwardian tube station wall tiling

Very interesting read and the diamond for full stops was introduced in the 70s so I would think any used at stations have unlikely to be changed. I used gill sans on my avatar

Do a search for Railway Font, as a free download is available via 1001 Fonts, and is a Open source font, and is based on the Johnston Font.

Looks good. The 1001 fonts site states it's "an open source version of Edward Johnston's Timeless Typeface for London Underground of 1916". I'd agree. It looks pretty true to Johnston's font and less so to the now superseded 'New Johnston'. As covered elsewhere, Johnston 100 returned closer to Johnston's original, so maybe this free font will suit the OP.
