No, not me, but I did see Darkest Hour on Sunday evening which included a train ride to Westminster station - but showed what from the outside looked like it could be 1938 tube train (at Aldwych station?) and whilst the internal view also looked like a tube train the lighting was of a style that I do not recognise.
I wonder, were the internal scenes filmed in a studio - or on something like the 1920s Cammell Laird tube trains which had oval end windows (like the F stock) and no longer exist?

Felt that scene on the Underground with the passengers talking to Churchill a bit contrived and spoilt what otherwise was a good film.

Felt that scene on the Underground with the passengers talking to Churchill a bit contrived and spoilt what otherwise was a good film. Whilst the core story was based on facts I wonder how much of what we saw in the film was real and how much was contrived. --------------------------- 1959 DM? Wow But its a shame they did not get a preserved CO / CP car

The bit about people telling him to sue for peace in 1940 is true.

A lot of people were still disillusioned after the 'first lot'.
